Question 19

What is the Reveal Assessment and what does it include?

Accepted Answer

The Reveal Assessment is your starting point: $1,111 for a 100+ biomarker, prevention-focused lab panel, a 2-hour in-person deep-dive appointment, full symptom and lifestyle mapping, optimal-vs-normal interpretation of your results, and a personalized, actionable roadmap. It's a stand-alone baseline — you are not committing to ongoing care by doing it.

Question 20

What's included in the Optimization Program?

Accepted Answer

Year one of the Optimization Program is $3,333 per year, or $299 per month. It includes four visits per year with both providers, a one-month telehealth check-in after your assessment, prescription management (bioidentical estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, and thyroid), lab monitoring plus one follow-up lab panel per year, four 30-minute nurse coaching sessions, portal messaging between visits, your Fuel and Movement Plans, specialty testing at our cost, discounted imaging, Fullscript supplements at member pricing, and body composition at every visit. This is the only path that includes prescriptions.

Question 21

What changes in year two?

Accepted Answer

Year one is intensive — interpretation, protocol, frequent adjustment. Once your foundation is built, most people move to the Maintenance Membership at $2,222 per year, or $199 per month: two assessments per year, ongoing prescription management, two 30-minute nurse coaching sessions, portal messaging, specialty testing at our cost, Fullscript member pricing, and body composition at every visit. Lab work is not included in Maintenance and is billed at our discounted self-pay rates. Some patients stay in Optimization for years — both are right, depending on where your body is.

Question 22

Are labs included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Your comprehensive panel is included in the Reveal Assessment, and the Optimization Program includes one follow-up panel each year. Any additional lab work, and all lab work under Maintenance, Wellness Consulting, or coaching, is billed at our discounted self-pay rates. We'll always use recent labs from your PCP when applicable so we don't duplicate testing.

Accepted Answer

Yes, in most cases. Patients commonly use HSA or FSA funds for our services, lab testing, imaging, and some supplements with clinician notes.

We also offer community classes at Revelation Community Space in Unity Tower, with pricing that varies by offering.
